Showcasing Digital Energy Technologies to Empower Smart City Development
From April 13 to 16, 2025, the third Hong Kong International Innovation and Technology Expo (InnoEX) was held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Jointly organized by the Innovation, Technology and Industry Bureau of the Hong Kong SAR Government and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), this year’s theme was “Innovation Takes Flight.” The event drew approximately 88,000 buyers from 139 countries and regions, with 460+ exhibitors presenting advances in AI, smart cities, low-carbon tech, and more. Chongqing Yizhong Digital Energy Technology Co., Ltd. showcased its CGRC product series, spotlighting the company’s latest digital-energy innovations.
Event Highlights
InnoEX aims to foster global tech collaboration. The Smart Hong Kong Pavilion was split into six zones—Smart Living, Mobility, Environment, Citizen, Government, Economy—displaying 100+ citizen-centric solutions. Forums on AI and digital security ran alongside the exhibits. Mr. Sun Dong, Secretary for Innovation, Technology & Industry, stressed the expo’s role in strengthening regional ties, bolstering Hong Kong’s status as an international I&T hub, and accelerating development across the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
