Jiangxi Fengshuo New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established in August 2019 in response to the investment promotion needs of the Xihu District Government of Nanchang City and market demands. It is a nationally certified high-tech enterprise and a specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative enterprise in Jiangxi Province, as well as the president unit of the Chaoyangzhou Subdistrict in Xihu District, Nanchang City.

Since its establishment, the company has focused on technological research and development. It has successively obtained 19 utility model patents, 5 software copyrights, and 1 invention patent, with 12 additional patents currently under application. Through continuous R&D investment, the company’s proprietary brand "Xinhui Energy" series of liquid-cooled energy cabinets and cabins successfully obtained the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) PUE certification report (PUE below 1.05, leading in the industry) and a novelty search report, and was selected as one of Jiangxi Province’s first batch of innovative products.

CGRC is committed to deepening and innovating chip thermal energy utilization technology, continually investing in development，such as AI server, liquid cooled cabinet, containerized data center, etc., all of which are products independently developed by us. The Liquid cooled cabinet uses the self-developed cold plate and immersion liquid cooling chip thermal energy harvesting and application systems to subversively transform IDC from a high-energy-consuming center to a green energy station, redefine the new paradigm of chip thermal energy utilization, and cooperate with AI server、Containerized data center and other products to provide users with green and zero-carbon commercial energy supply comprehensive services.
