Computing-Electricity-Heat Synergy: Building a Low-Carbon Cloud Valley
Technology Empowering Low-Carbon Cloud Valley, Joint Exploration of Green Computing Power Ecosystem Construction
On March 25, 2025, Qinghai Yizhong Digital Energy Technology Co., Ltd. hosted the "Computing-Electricity-Heat Synergy, Building a Low-Carbon Cloud Valley" themed salon in Xining. The event brought together over 30 experts, business representatives, and industry association members to discuss green transformation of the computing power industry, innovation in computing-electricity-heat synergy technology, and construction of low-carbon industrial parks. The goal was to promote technical exchanges and industrial cooperation, and support the high-quality development of Qinghai Silk Cloud Valley Low-Carbon Computing Power Industrial Park.
Policy Orientation, Energy Synergy, and Practical Propositions for Low-Carbon Cloud ValleyUnder the integration of the "dual carbon" strategy and digital economy, the energy efficiency and low-carbon development of the computing power industry have drawn significant attention. The Qinghai Silk Cloud Valley Low-Carbon Computing Power Industrial Park aims to optimize energy recycling through computing-electricity-heat synergy technology and build a green computing power ecosystem. Focusing on thermal management innovation, industrial collaboration, and low-carbon practices, the salon provided a platform for technical support and resource integration for the park's construction.

Liquid Cooling Breakthroughs, Waste Heat Utilization, and AI Empowerment: Intellectual CollisionsThe event included keynote speeches, case studies, and site visits. Dr. Geng Shengling from the Qinghai Computer Society delivered a speech titled Constructing a Green Computing Power Ecosystem: Policies, Technologies, and Applications, interpreting national policy orientations and technological trends while emphasizing how Qinghai's climate and energy advantages can empower green computing. Wei Shaoshuai from New H3C Group shared Exploring New Paths for AI Industrial Implementation, demonstrating full-stack AI capabilities and industry applications, and proposing new ideas for synergistic development of computing power and low-carbon technology.

A representative from Qinghai Yizhong Digital Energy detailed the progress of the "Silk Cloud Valley Low-Carbon Computing Power Industrial Park" project, highlighting liquid cooling technology, waste heat recovery, and multi-energy complementary solutions. The project achieves efficient computing-energy synergy through a liquid cooling system with PUE <1.05 and 90% waste heat utilization rate. The first data center building is expected to be operational in 2025 with a computing capacity of 7,000P. Wang Yi, a representative from a traditional energy company, discussed innovation paths for small businesses in energy transition through heat pump applications in his speech Technological Innovation Journey of Traditional Energy Suppliers.

Following the event, some guests visited the Silk Cloud Valley project site to inspect liquid-cooled data center construction. The event clarified practical paths for computing-electricity-heat synergy through technical exchanges and industrial collaboration, accumulating experience for deepening exploration of Qinghai's green computing power ecosystem.
