The Smart China Expo (SCE), a national-level exposition officially approved by the Party Central Committee and the State Council, is jointly organized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Office of the Central Network Security and Informatization Commission, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the China Association for Science and Technology, the Ministry of Trade and Industry of Singapore, and the Chongqing Municipal People's Government. SCE focuses on the intelligent industry, aims to promote its development and international cooperation, and provides an important platform for exchanges and cooperation in the global intelligent industry field.

At the SCE, intelligent industry enterprises, scientific research institutions, universities, and other organizations from around the world gather to showcase the latest intelligent technologies, products, and applications, and carry out in-depth cooperation and exchanges.
